We have a dedicated team in Klosters who will be there to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. They take care of everything from picking you up from Zurich airport and collecting your ski passes to accompanying you to the ski shop and being on hand to make suggestions as to what other activities you might like (and then make the reservations for you!).

On The Slopes

One of the things our guests most enjoy is our piste hosting service. For those for whom it is suitable, our ski hosts will show you around the pistes in small groups of like-minded skiers. No more wrestling with piste maps or worrying about getting stranded on the wrong side of the mountain after the lifts close! They will also make sure that you go to the best mountain restaurants and make reservations for the nicest tables.

Off The Slopes

Klosters has a wealth of things that you can do if you want to take time away from the slopes, or prefer not to go on the slopes at all. Our teams in London and Klosters will keep you informed of all the opportunities and make all the arrangements on your behalf. Here are a few things to think about:

The mountain scenery in Klosters is breath-taking so why not enjoy it on some of the many well prepared walking paths? Snow shoeing is a more adventurous alternative, while for the very energetic, cross country skiing is a great way to stay in shape and appreciate the views.
Several of the hotels offer luxurious and extensive spa and wellness facilities. You don’t need us to tell you how relaxing a combination of massages, beauty treatments, saunas, swimming and therapies can be!
The natural, outdoor ice rink welcomes skaters and curlers alike.
You will find some pretty shops in Klosters but for the more sophisticated, nearby Davos offers a much larger selection. However the Alpine “Mecca” of shopping, St. Moritz, is easily accessible on one of the prettiest train journeys in Switwerland.
A sleigh ride is the most romantic form of transport in the mountains, and we know the perfect little restaurant for you to end up at!

Your holiday starts before you even leave the country. Our team in London will discuss your holiday plans in detail and help you to choose the hotel or chalet in Klosters which most suits the holiday you have in mind. We will discuss restaurants, tuition, off piste guides, sleigh rides, massages and any other bookings in good time so your holiday can run smoothly when you are in Klosters. We will also arrange for your ski pass to be ready and waiting for you when you arrive so that you don’t have to waste valuable time (which could be spent skiing) waiting in a queue.
